Biodynamic Massage is a psychotherapeutic form of massage, which allows past events and emotions to be explored through sensitive touch and talking. This helps bring awareness to the memories, sensations and feelings stored in the body, and lets the past be digested on both an emotional and psychological level. 

Body Psychotherapy uses body awareness, talking and other methods (such as Biodynamic Massage) to explore how past events may have impacted you. It will allow you to explore more of what may be troubling you; whether that’s past traumatic events, a physical symptom or a specific issue you’d like to address.

I’m an advanced trainee Body Psychotherapist working towards UKCP accreditation. With a background in teaching yoga, craniosacral therapy and Reiki, I passionately believe that the body holds its own wisdom and, when given a safe and supportive environment, can move towards healing outcomes. I offer a sensitive, safe, authentic and non-judgemental environment in which you can explore how to connect to yourself in deeper and more profound ways. My intention is to support you on your journey of self-discovery, allowing you to connect to your own inner wisdom and inherent power.
